  • Your main job is to let your bike do its work. Flare out your elbow and knees so that your body lets the bike flow rather than fighting with it. One basic rule that you should always keep in mind is that the more technical the train is, the more room and flow you should give your bike to move.
  • Momentum is the most important thing that you should maintain out there. It is your best friend and going to help you in every situation. The one thing you need the most is to keep moving without any problem or obstacles is momentum.
  • Know how to shift body weight properly. While climbing, shift the bodyweight forward and lean a little forward to maintain body weight. While going downwards do the exact opposite thing. Put your body weight behind the saddle. Shifting the bodyweight correctly needs some practice.
  • Go easy with your brakes. Adjust your speed before hitting the brake. Maintain your speed through those heavy rocks and press brake slowly.
